Noura Shuqair is an artist, researcher and an art and museum educator. She holds a Ph.D in art education from the university of North Texas. In her research, Shuqair focuses on arts-based research methodologies to apply on her artistic practice. Also, she is interested in theories of feminism, speculative realism, and Critical Theory. She has presented in international conferences such as at the Eleventh International Conference on The Inclusive Museum 2018 in Granada, also InSEA European Conference 2018 in Helsinki, Finland. She is also interested in museum education where she worked as an intern at the Kimbell museum in Fort Worth Texas at the education department. She is now welling to apply her knowledge and expertise on museums and in conducting research around art and its education in the the MENA region especially Saudi Arabia.
